We deliver abacus products across India to all serviceable PIN codes through our trusted logistics partners.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
- Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (major cities only)
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Orders above ₹500
- Standard Shipping: ₹50 for orders below ₹500
- Express Shipping: Additional ₹100 (where available)
- Cash on Delivery: Additional ₹30 handling charges
4. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day
- Weekend orders are processed on Monday
- Processing time: 1-2 business days
5. Shipping Restrictions
- Some remote PIN codes may not be serviceable
- Bulk orders (50+ pieces) may require additional processing time
- International shipping currently not available

- Tracking details sent via SMS and email once shipped
- Track your order on our website using order ID

Return Policy
1. Return Window
- 7 days from delivery date to initiate returns
- Return requests must be raised within this period
- No returns accepted after 7 days
2. Return Conditions

- Customer Preference: Return shipping charges borne by customer
- Wrong Product Sent: Free return shipping with replacement

Exchange Policy
