We deliver abacus products across India to all serviceable PIN codes through our trusted logistics partners.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (major cities only)
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹500
  • Standard Shipping: ₹50 for orders below ₹500
  • Express Shipping: Additional ₹100 (where available)
  • Cash on Delivery: Additional ₹30 handling charges

4. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day
  • Weekend orders are processed on Monday
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some remote PIN codes may not be serviceable
  • Bulk orders (50+ pieces) may require additional processing time
  • International shipping currently not available

6. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details sent via SMS and email once shipped
  • Track your order on our website using order ID
  • Customer support available for tracking assistance

Return Policy

1. Return Window

  • 7 days from delivery date to initiate returns
  • Return requests must be raised within this period
  • No returns accepted after 7 days

2. Return Conditions

Products eligible for return must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Free from scratches, damage, or wear
  • Accompanied by original invoice/receipt

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products with missing parts or accessories
  • Custom or personalized abacus products
  • Products returned after 7-day window

4. Return Process

  3. Package Product: Pack securely in original packaging
  4. Pickup/Drop: Schedule pickup or drop at designated location
  5. Inspection: Products inspected upon receipt
  6. Refund Processing: Refund initiated after successful inspection

5. Return Shipping

  • Defective Products: Free return shipping
  • Customer Preference: Return shipping charges borne by customer
  • Wrong Product Sent: Free return shipping with replacement

6. Refund Timeline

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after receiving returned product
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Bank Credit: 3-5 additional business days depending on bank

7. Refund Method

  • Refunds credited to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery orders refunded via bank transfer
  • Shipping charges non-refundable (except for defective products)

Exchange Policy
